Digital Downloads
All digital products (downloads, backing tracks, PDFs) are delivered instantly via a secure download link sent to your email at checkout — no waiting, no shipping required. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Physical Products — Processing Time
Orders for physical items (CDs, vinyl, merchandise) are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the United States via USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $20.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and select international destinations. Orders are shipped via DHL Express for reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs & Duties Notice: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some merchandise items are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify, Tapstitch). These items ship separately and may arrive in a different package from other items in your order. Delivery times for print-on-demand items may vary slightly from the estimates above.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@laurenminearmusic.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
